Building resilience among young people in Bunia
To create a safe, inclusive and educational space for young people in Bunia, with the aim of building their resilience through social, educational, cultural and civic support
– Setting up a library for young people
– Refurbishing and equipping the youth centre (clearing out, reinforcing doors, painting)
– Purchasing and delivering equipment (books, board games, plastic chairs, tents, a video projector and accessories, etc.)
– Two awareness-raising meetings with young people from Parking Zwa Idée 1 and representatives of all young people in the municipality of Bakongolo on the theme ‘Let’s cultivate peace’
– Awareness-raising meetings and support for the Bakongolo municipality regarding environmental protection activities
– Distribution of 380 fruit tree saplings (medlar, avocado, guava, mango, lemon and papaya) to 190 households
