Join our Community Health Development Program
From 2015 to 2020, Terre Sans Frontières will send cooperatives to Bolivia, Honduras and Tanzania with the support of Global Affairs Canada. This program, entitled Volunteer Cooperation from Professional to Professional, aims to strengthen the individual and organizational capacities of several partners in the areas of dentistry, optometry and homeopathy.
Framework of intervention
Location: Tanzania
Work environment: Usangi Hospital, Mwanga and Kifula
Dates: To determined (2 weeks)
Partners: Usangi Hospital, Kilimanjaro Region
Mandate: objectives
- Dental device maintenance training (chair, dental unit, etc.)
- Training on the use of the X-ray machine
Volunteers
1-2 dental technicians
Requirements and skills
Experience in international cooperation
Previous experience an asset

Funding
Volunteers will have to make a financial contribution to Terre Sans Frontières in the form of fundraising

Mandatory meetings
Before departure, TSF organizes a pre-departure meeting at its offices to prepare the volunteers, as well as a meeting on return, for a return assessment.
